Graston is an instrument assisted technique that uses a variety of six different stainless steel tools to address both acute and chronic complaints.
By using these tools, very strong and deep work can be applied to the body's muscles, tendons, ligaments and scar tissue. It is common for patients to experience discomfort during treatment and may also be sore or bruised afterwards.
Even though patients usually experience soreness after treatment, most will experience a decrease in pain and an increase in range of motion!
